How to cook shark tasty


Malaysia Borneo is one of the most wonderful place among of Asia, divided by two state located in Sabah and Sarawak. 
One of the most popular food that will make your day and always remember about borneo is Shark Coconut fried.




Ingredients 

200g shark
1 yellow onion chopped
5 Green pepper sliced
3 chives chopped / basil
1/2 cup  butter
2 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon Tumeric powder
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
2 lemongrass / tomatto
1 cup desiccated coconut

Instruction

1. Boil shark until 15 minutes, toss and remove the skin
2. Blend the onion, coconut and tumeric powder
3. Mix the ingredient in bowl and add salt
4. Heat the oil and butter, fried the green pepper, chives, lemongrass 1 minute
5. Put the mixed ingredient inside until cooked.
6. Serve and eat with rice or bread.
